South African professional education and training delegation visits TAYOR

On the eve of the Spring Festival, the whole year ispermeated with the smell of the new year. We ushered in a new 2018, but alsoushered in friends from afar.

On the morning of 29^th January, thedirector of the South African Industrial and manufacturing training department,Raymond Andrew Patel, with a delegation of 13 South African vocationaleducation and training exchange, accompanied by Dr. Lu Zhilei, director of theChinese cultural and International Education Exchange Center, come to ourcompany for research and exchange.

At the beginning of the discussion, Chen Zhengang, thevice president of the TAYOR, expressed his sincere welcome to visitors, andintroduced the course of the development of the group, the scale of theindustry and the construction and development of the welding technologytraining school. We hope to enhance communication and exchanges with SouthAfrica in manufacturing education and training, and to establish long-termstable and mutually beneficial cooperation with South Africa.

Raymond, the director of training and education inSouth Africa's industry and manufacturing industry, thanked our company for itsthoughtful reception and arrangement. He said that the purpose of this trip isto understand Chinese culture and vocational education in China and learn arange of manufacturing technologies. He said South Africa is faced withproblems like urban development and rural development as well as China.Meanwhile, the growth of manufacturing industry in South Africa is slow, whichmakes the contradiction between job scarcity and population growth increasing.To become a manufacturing country, it is necessary to have the ability toproduce more high-quality products. This requires a large number ofhigh-quality technical personnel. Raymond said that South Africa lacked AI andhi-tech talents. It is hoped that this trip can promote cooperation between thetwo sides in a comprehensive way, and take a solid step in theinternationalization of intelligent manufacturing.
